Youth Mental Health was developed to help parents learn about depression and anxiety disorders, how these conditions can be exhibited, and teach them specific techniques for dealing with the issues. This program was designed to be helpful for all parents - those who know of or suspect an emotional condition with their child - as well as those who would simply like to learn more about how they can help their child overcome an emotional difficulty.
