PGI is an event and communications enterprise. They create and operate exhibitions, conferences, consumer events, and corporate meetings. PGI's products and services involve cutting-edge technology. PGI asked Redmon to develop a Web-based training course to help their account executives learn about the various technologies and determine when it is appropriate to use one capability over another.

The Web-based training is available to all PGI account executives on a purely voluntary basis. Each unit of training is designed to stand alone and therefore focuses on a specific interactive capability. The instruction is uniform in design, with each unit providing the definition of the capability, the advantages and uses of each and a step-by-step approach for selling the capability along with some examples. Each unit closes with a short practice exercise so that account executives may assess their grasp of the material covered.
