Brightline Compliance provides online and in-person employment law training to help organizations promote a positive work environment and save money by preventing legal claims of harassment, discrimination, and other employment law violations.

Since harassment can harm the victim, the harasser, and business "Preventing Workplace Harassment" was developed to teach employees and supervisors how to prevent harassment and to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Through a series of scenarios, content presentations, and activities, users learn important principles about harassment that apply to their everyday work life. Customizable screens and interface can be modified to fit any business, organization or university.
