DietFit incorporates interactive visual applications to help users analyze and modify their dietary habits, and to train themselves to make intuitive food choices that match their diet goals. Using photo-realistic images of actual foods, the "MealBuilder" program allows users to create meals on-screen, examine their nutrient content, and adjust portion sizes as necessary. Other applications in the site include analyzing food choices, the testing of the users' visual ability to judge the nutrient content of meals, and to track the users' progress in matching their food choices to their dietary goals.
